Are you struggling with your mental wellbeing?
It might be time to try Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Are you struggling with issues related to mood, trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, or major life changes? Are you finding that talking things through with friends and family just isn't working? I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and fully accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavior Therapist based in the Lancashire area, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Since opening my practice in 2021, I have provided patients based all over the UK with a wide range of psychological services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

Learn About My Methods
If you are looking for a problem-focused solution to support you in navigating through anxiety and/or depression, then this is the perfect service for you.
We will spend time together completing a thorough assessment of your presentation, helping you to better understand your own difficulties and allowing us to develop a bespoke therapy plan to meet your needs. Each session of CBT delivered will incorporate evidence-based change methods to help you to regain control over your mental health.
My adult clients tend to consider themselves high functioning and are generally quite successful people. They tend to be quite resilient individuals that have reached a point of burnout and find that their usual coping mechanisms don't quite seem to be doing the trick any more. They might be struggling with low mood and poor motivation, trauma from early life or overwhelming levels of anxiety in situations that they would ordinarily be able to cope with.
My younger clients tend to be children within the education system who find themselves struggling to connect with peers or struggling with specific phobias. They might worry about attending school or already have a higher sickness record than the average student due to levels of anxiety.
